  *Cancellation/No Show Policy: Cancellations received after the registration deadline but prior to the event will be refunded as long as we are able to fill the open spot. If the spot cannot be filled, no refund will be issued. No refund will be issued without prior notification to the event chair. If the event has to be rescheduled for any reason, a refund of the full amount paid will be made to anyone unable to attend the event on the rescheduled date. Notification to the event chair of the inability to attend the rescheduled date is required with 48 hours of notification of the new date.   Taking part in these meals makes it easier to enjoy the whole conference at stay energized. It also helps keep the facility costs down. 

  Friday dinner: Comfort Buffet – garden salad, rice pilaf, roasted broccoli, pork chop, haddock, and lemon cake for $35

  Saturday lunch: Lunch on the Run – sandwiches with sliced ham, roasted turkey, cranberry walnut chicken salad, cheddar and Swiss cheeses, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, chips, cookies, rolls and wraps, pasta salad, and chicken noodle soup for $27

  Saturday Banquet: New England Buffet – Caesar Salad, garlic smashed potatoes, glazed carrots, sirloin tips, salmon, and cheesecake for $43

  Sunday lunch: Italian Lunch Buffet (GF) – marsala cream chicken, penne a la vodka sauce, Caesar salad, garlic bread, green beans, cookies for $28
